1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a job request, registering as a tradie, or otherwise using Brisbane handyman services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Brisbane handyman services is operated by Sevraj Pty Ltd (ABN 83 696 649 662), an Australian registered company based in Adelaide, SA.

2. What We Are — and What We're Not

We're matchmakers, not providers. Brisbane handyman services is strictly an introduction service: we connect homeowners submitting job requests with independent local tradies who choose to accept them. We do not perform, supply, or provide any handyman, trade, or repair work ourselves under any circumstances.

Brisbane handyman services does not employ, contract, franchise, supervise, direct, or control any tradie on the platform. Tradies are independent operators of their own businesses, not agents, employees, contractors, or representatives of Sevraj Pty Ltd. Once a tradie accepts a job, a separate agreement to carry out that work exists solely and directly between the customer and the tradie. Brisbane handyman services is not a party to that agreement, is not responsible for its performance, and our role ends at the point of introduction.

3. For Customers

Submitting a job request is free. There is no obligation to accept any tradie who responds, and no charge to you for using the platform. We do not guarantee that a tradie will accept your job within any specific timeframe, and coverage varies by suburb. Mark a job as urgent or emergency only for genuine safety issues — misuse may affect response priority for real emergencies.

4. For Tradies — Registration and Approval

Tradies must supply a valid ABN and accurate business details to register. Registration does not guarantee approval, and Brisbane handyman services may decline or revoke approval at its discretion, including where information provided is false, misleading, or where a tradie's conduct breaches these Terms.

5. Lead Pricing

Tradies pay only for leads they choose to accept. Weekly pricing is charged per the following bundle, based on total leads accepted within a billing week:

Each tier represents a genuine discount over paying per lead individually. Brisbane handyman services does not guarantee or cap the number of leads offered to a tradie in any given week — leads are offered as real job requests come in from that tradie's area. Some weeks may bring more leads, some fewer; the pricing table above simply reflects the discount that applies at whatever volume naturally occurs.

Round 3 leads: leads offered in a third dispatch round are discounted at a flat $3 each, billed separately, and do not count toward the weekly bundle pricing above.

6. Founding Tradie Programme

Tradies who register before the official launch date receive their first three leads completely free. This is a permanent feature of the Founding Tradie Programme, not a limited-time trial. Standard weekly pricing applies from the fourth accepted lead onward.

7. Referral Programme

An existing tradie who refers a new tradie receives three free leads once the new tradie is approved and accepts their first lead; the new tradie also receives three free leads. There is no limit on the number of referrals a tradie may make.

8. Billing Cycle

The billing week runs Wednesday to Tuesday. Invoices are issued every Friday morning and are due the following Friday. A 48-hour dispute window applies to each accepted lead, beginning from the time the tradie accepts the lead, and closes at midnight Thursday before the invoice is issued — meaning every Friday invoice reflects only leads with no open dispute.

9. Disputes

A lead may be disputed within 48 hours of acceptance for one of three reasons only: invalid contact details, a platform delivery failure, or a duplicate lead. Any lead with a pending dispute is held from the invoice until resolved. If a dispute is approved, the lead is removed from the invoice entirely. If a dispute is rejected, the lead is added to the next invoice. No cash refunds or bank transfers are issued under any circumstances — all dispute outcomes are resolved through invoice adjustment only.

10. No Guarantee of Work Quality or Outcome

Brisbane handyman services does not inspect, supervise, or guarantee the standard of work performed by any tradie. Customers are responsible for satisfying themselves as to a tradie's suitability for a given job, including verifying licensing for work that legally requires it. Any dispute regarding the quality, cost, or completion of work performed is a matter between the customer and the tradie directly.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

Brisbane handyman services may suspend or terminate a tradie's or customer's access to the platform at its discretion, including for breach of these Terms, fraudulent information, abusive conduct, or non-payment of invoices. Suspension does not remove liability for leads already accepted and invoiced.

12. Limitation of Liability

Because Brisbane handyman services only introduces customers and tradies to each other and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any work, we accept no liability for the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or outcome of any job carried out by a tradie. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sevraj Pty Ltd's total liability arising from use of Brisbane handyman services — for any reason — is limited to the fees paid by the tradie for the lead in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from a job, a tradie's conduct, or a customer's conduct.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of Brisbane handyman services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
