How Billing Works

Our week runs Wednesday to Tuesday. Invoices go out every Friday morning and are due the following Friday, with a 48-hour dispute window measured from when you accepted the lead, closing Thursday midnight. Only three dispute reasons qualify — invalid contact details, a platform delivery failure, or a duplicate lead — and there are no cash refunds outside of those.

General handyman work doesn't require a trade licence in Queensland, but honesty about what you're qualified to do matters more than ticking a box.
